We create circular knit fabrics. That’s what we have done for more than 70 years, with creativity, passion and innovation, following the tradition of our family. Our ambition is to realize top quality fabrics for the most beautiful collections of our clients', with personalisations and tailor made solutions. 

For us, creating a quality fabric means research in the choice of the best yarns and raw materials, the most performing equipment, the new structures and design …; it means awareness regarding machinery setting, in colour interpretation, in reaching the perfect elasticity …; it means stability and perseverance in knowing how to give “that unique touch” to the fabric. 

For us, creating quality fabrics means having the imagination and the experience in order to realize them. 

That’s what we do best and that’s what we do, every day.

We have a significant industrial capacity enriched by our artisanal approach, that's why we care for any detail according to the needs of our clients. We offer made to measure services in colour, in design, in customised jacquards: an industrial atelier dedicated to our clients.


Tailor made colours: DyeToMatch Service is a service dedicated to our clients who require a personalized shade to enhance their collection, a unique tone created for their needs. Either in piece dyed or in fancy jacquard, in Brugnoli®, together with our own dyeing mill BL Color, we take care of any detail to meet your needs and obtain the best result. 


Tailor made design: Full Design Service: we focus on creativity and our clients’ creativity is equally important to us. Every year Brugnoli® Style and Design Departments develop several personalized patterns according to our clients’ requests. 


Finishing on demand: it is possible to add a specific finishing to each Brugnoli®’s fabric. Durable Water Repellency, Quick Dry, Bacteriostatic control, Dynamic thermoregulation, these are only some examples of our available finishings.

Jacquard and 3D

We have a real passion for jacquards and it’s more than 40 years that we have dedicated to research and development to reach the best product ever. Mesh, wavy surfaces, 3D, small and open points, geometrics, … there is no limit to our collections, created both in yarn and in piece dyed, using all kinds of fiber: polyamide, polypropylene, cotton, viscose, wool and bio-sourced yarns.

The perfect balance between lightness and coverage, modulus and comfort, look and performance. A textile structure created in 2008 by Brugnoli® that really exploded throughout all these years and it is considered as a key point within Swimwear and Sports collections. Explosive by Brugnoli® guarantees an outstanding look and fit with an exceptional freedom of movement and high comfort level.

Br4® Technology for fabrics with bio-based polyamide

Eco-sustainable fabrics created with a production process protected by a european patent granted to Brugnoli®. This proprietary process reduces water consumptions and CO2 emissions by 20% compared to standard process. Fabrics with Br4® Technology prefer a revolutionary bio-based polyamide, sourced from a plant - the castor bean - a totally renewable source, with a limited impact on the climate change temperature (-25% compared to a standard polyamide).

The raw material has important technical features such as low specific weight, thermal isolation, quick drying, breathability, odor control.

Fabrics created with Br4® Technology represent our further commitment to the environment, perfectly in line with our quality standards.

Knitting equipment is constantly updated, with machines positioned within the 7500 square meters production area according to the various technologies and specifications: jacquard, shapewear fabrics, double face, wools, … 

Every machine is supervised by experienced technicians to guarantee the best results.

dyeing mill BL Color

BL Color is the dyeing mill of our Group, founded in 2002 and since then it has dyed and ennobled our fabrics with a perfectly integrated cycle. This enables Brugnoli® to furthermore increase the quality of fabrics, proudly reaching “that unique touch”. At the same time tailor made service is enhanced and consequently guarantee fastness and colour reliability.

All our fabrics are approved only after a thorough and careful check on behalf of our Quality Control Department. 

Its task is to assure that any fabric meets our qualitative standards, which include style, colour, knitting accuracy and “touch” and also represents the Brugnoli® fabrics signature.
